Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private taxi and airport transfer services provided by Airport Transfer (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


1. Definitions

“Company” means Airport Taxi Online.
“Customer / Client / You” means the person, business or organisation booking a service with us.
“Service(s)” means any transport journey or airport transfer provided by us.


2. Bookings

  1. All bookings must be made via our website, email (book@airporttaxionline.co.uk) or phone and whatsapp. airporttaxionline.co.uk
  2. A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email containing the journey details and price.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking information (addresses, times, flight details) is accurate at the time of booking.
  4. Pets are not permitted in our vehicles. This includes dogs, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.

3. Fares & Payment

  3. Payments may be taken online before the journey or in person to the driver, depending on the payment options provided at booking.

4. Cancellation & Changes

  1. If you need to cancel or modify a booking, you must notify us as soon as possible.
  2. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the scheduled pick-up time the cancellation is made.
  3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled journey time will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

  1. For airport pick-ups, we include up to 1 hour of waiting time from the actual landing time. Any additional waiting time may be subject to extra charges.
  2. Reasonable waiting time at airports is typically included; however, extended waiting beyond this may incur additional charges.
  3. We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic delays, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

6. Passenger Conduct

  1. Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other third parties.
  2. Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and illegal substances are prohibited in vehicles.
  3. You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your journey.

7. Luggage & Personal Items

  1. You are responsible for ensuring luggage is suitable for the booked vehicle size.
  2. We are not liable for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery.

8. Licensing & Insurance

  1. All drivers are fully licensed, and all vehicles are maintained and insured in accordance with UK Private Hire and Hackney Carriage regulations.
  2. It remains your responsibility to ensure compliance with any specific laws applicable to your use of the service.

9. Data Protection

  1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be processed and stored securely in accordance with UK data protection laws.
  2. We will not share your data with third parties except to provide the booked service or as required by law.

10. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted in writing promptly with full details so we may investigate and respond in a reasonable timeframe.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
