Tower Bridge

Tower Bridge is one of London’s most iconic landmarks, crossing the River Thames near the Tower of London. It was opened in 1894 and is known for its distinctive towers and bascule (lifting) design. The bridge allows large ships to pass by raising its central sections. Today, Tower Bridge also features a glass walkway and an exhibition that tells the story of its history and engineering.
